The Corporation is a United States Department of Veterans Affairs verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Our mission is to supply quality products at competitive prices to Federal, State, Regional, County, City, and other quasi-government agencies as well as to Agricultural, Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Marine and Automotive markets throughout the United States. Our typical customers use or store, for use or resell, liquids such as gasoline, diesel fuels, lubricating oils, greases, potable and non-potable water, and a myriad of other liquids such as waste oils, wastewaters, and other waste liquids. If you have a liquid of any kind you have a need to store it, dispense it, meter it, control it, pump it, monitor it, or in some way…manage it! Our goal is to provide “LIQUID HANDLING SOLUTIONS”!

Personal Biography

Joseph has been working in petroleum and related businesses since retiring from the Air Force in 1978. Over the years he has become very familiar with all aspects of liquid storage and dispensing, including waste collection. He is also well versed in federal, state and county codes.

Joseph is a licensed and insured General Contractor with Class A B HAZ and C61 (D21, D34 & D40) qualifications. He is ICC Certified as an Underground Storage Tank Operator, Installer and Retrofitter. These qualifications and certifications allow Bagley Enterprises, Inc. to design, furnish, install and maintain any size above ground or underground liquid handling project.
